The World Socialist Party (New Zealand) was formed in 1930 as the Socialist Party of New Zealand, then, later added the word “World” to its name.
In former times the WSP(NZ) had a presence and a degree of influence within New Zealand’s workers’ movement. Unfortunately, it is no longer the situation but it is one the WSP(NZ) is determined to return to.
