In the USA workers have an obsession with leaders and presidents, it is like worshipping a feudal king, and there is an obsession between republicans and democrats, liberals and conservatives, the concept of class struggle does not exist, it is like there is not any other alternative for the working, and like having their own political party is something impossible.
