When the shit hits the fan, it spread all over. Now, Donald Trump is retreating from his campaign promises to deport all undocumented workers, he is saying that Farms workers and hospitality workers can not be deported. His Casino and hotels employ foreign workers too .

Ronald Reagan who was reactionary conservative Republican advocated for an immigration amnesty for more than 3 millions workers, is he going to follow the same path ?

The problem is that the Farmers voted for him, but they are losing money and they have a labor shortage and they are getting any bailout.

The owners of Hotels and hospitality industry were already losing money and they had a labor shortage before he became a president, and the situation is getting worse now

The only thing that is holding his government is emigration because everything else has failed including his Kamikaze tariff deals

During the Vietnam war many soldiers rebelled against their commanding officers, and some commanding officers in other countries have taken side with the working class, one of them was Coronel Francisco Alberto Caamnao and the ‘ Constituticionalistas ” He was elected by a peoples committee as the president, and his bodyguards were the peoples from the so called “Ghettoes ” that supported him, he did not need a political party or a congress of puppets . He and many other officers died defending them

Link, you say “I remain unconvinced by the intermediary theory”. But in fact you implicitly accept it, that is if you agree that

    ———————————————————————-

That is what banks are, nothing else, intermediary institutions, Money is issued by governments and the over issuance of money produce inflation, banks can not produce money by the stroke of a keyboard, if they can do that, they will never fail, they will cover their own defaults

As Raya Dunayeskaya wrote on one of her books: There is not enough gold or silver in the whole world to cover all the money that is circulating over the earth, they can dig all mines of the world, and it will not be enough,

When paper money was backed up by gold ( and reduced to a tiny piece to cover the paper money ) there was not sufficient precious metal to cover the dollar and other currencies,

Some small countries had sufficient gold in their reserves to cover their currencies and their currencies was in parity with the dollars until the IMF came in to impose their rules on others countries

When gold was eliminated as the backup for currencies, industrial productions, prestige and machines gun, gunboat diplomacy became the backup, but money is not issue by banks, it is issued by governments before and after the emerge of computers and digital money transfer.

Cryptocurrency has been created for money laundering and for money transfer to drugs dealers money and to eliminate central banks but it does not have any real value

Ambrose Bierce said it best about flags.
    ==============================================

I had a friend who was a war hero and he had several medals, when he took class consciousness and became a socialists he returned all the medals, and he said: I was a poor worker killing others workers, I was a criminal, I was not a hero

As the historian Howard Zinn who was a bombardier and he recognized that he was criminal

During the War my grandfather said: Let the patriots and the defender of the flag to go war to kill themselves for the rich, I will stay watching the girls for them

Most workers continue believing in the same old rancid and backward idea that with their taxes they are financing the wars, and others continue believing that the so called homeland must be defended for freedom and democracy.

Wars are financed by the capitalist class and the burden of taxation falls on top of the profits of the capitalist class, it is the same fallacy of the national debts, workers can not even buy foods and pay for shelters.

At the present time thousands of workers in the so Called first world are buying foods, paying utilities, buying clothings and paying rent using credit cards, that is the real debt of the working class, and the bankruptcy courts are processing thousands of cases for the working class

The anti war movement is dead, it died a long time ago, and it was not a real anti war movement, even more, during the Vietnam there was not an anti war movement, the only political organization that took a correct stand against wars and against the Vietnam war was the Socialist party.

At the present the Socialist Party does not support any group of criminals and gangsters involved in the war in Ukraine, but most workers do not follow the stand of the socialist party.

The socialist party does not wrap itself around any flag

I am trying to be sarcastic in the sense that the renaissance brought certain new ideas. I know that the real renaissance did all that that you have mentioned
    ———————————————————–

Except for one fascist group supporting war: the fascist group known as Antifa, which tried to block workers’ anti-war protests in Germany.

    ————————————————-

The left wingers and the Leninists are like the menu of the restaurants, they have many varieties and different dishes. Fascism comes in two forms: Fascism and anti fascism

We had a District Council by-election locally yesterday where the UKIP National Party Chairman stood as a candidate. Looks like Reform UK have stolen UKIP’s followers.

    ————————————————————–

They are a bunch of crooks and criminals, and are promoting voters supression, but many reactionaries workers are voting for them, and they know that they are crooks but they do not care either, they just want a white buffalo, xenophobic, nationalists, racists, anti scientific, promoter of religious witchcraft, homophobic and anti communists, by the meantime the capitalists are accumulating and stealing a lot of profits from their free labor and they are loving their economic exploitation This society is experimenting an enormous retrogression. probably if we survive these terribles events we are going to need another renaissance

Better a fascist who opposes war than a “liberal” who promotes it.

    —————————————————————–

There are more so called liberal leaders and cabinets who are promoting more war hysteria than the so called authoritarian leaders. The left-wingers based on the fallacy of anti imperialism and anti fascism are promoting wars and they want peoples to die defending the so called homeland and a stupid piece of fabric known as the flag

The concept of Bananas Republic ( other call them shit holes countries ) came from this type of situation when one corporation producer of Bananas ( mono cropping ) used to be the owner of one single country, and was able to control the state, the press, the militaries, and paid salaries of misery to the workers, and killed thousands of workers, and some peoples like parrots repeat it without knowing the real historical reason.

In Panama there is a strike within the banana industry and thousands of workers have been laid off . One president said several years ago that the real president of the country was seating at the American embassy and now the government of the USA is pretending to be a victim and the benefactor of mankind, like a chameleon adopts different color Ironically, millions of workers believe that stupidity

    https://www.reuters.com/business/world-at-work/chiquita-panama-lay-off-remaining-workers-after-management-leaves-country-2025-06-02/

PS: Panama has been invaded again by the USA without firing one shot based on the old lie that communists control the Panama Canal, Marco Rubio and the secretary of defense said that they smell communism in the Panama Canal when the president of Panama is a puppet of the USA
