Similar to the military juntas in Argentina, Chile, and Brazil, the same dog wearing different collars

When the shit hits the fan, it spread all over. Now, Donald Trump is retreating from his campaign promises to deport all undocumented workers, he is saying that Farms workers and hospitality workers can not be deported. His Casino and hotels employ foreign workers too .

Ronald Reagan who was reactionary conservative Republican advocated for an immigration amnesty for more than 3 millions workers, is he going to follow the same path ?

The problem is that the Farmers voted for him, but they are losing money and they have a labor shortage and they are getting any bailout.

The owners of Hotels and hospitality industry were already losing money and they had a labor shortage before he became a president, and the situation is getting worse now

The only thing that is holding his government is emigration because everything else has failed including his Kamikaze tariff deals

The democrats are making a big deal about the 45 millions spent on Trump military parades, but both parties have approved billions of dollars in military spending every year, and left-wingers have approved the military parades of the ex-soviet union, Russia, china, North Korea and Cuba, glorifying wars and killings

There is not fascism, and there are not fascists. Many Trump supporters do not support a war with Iran , but some Republicans and Democrats leaders support the war

True. Plus, the so-called “fascist” parties of Europe are all against the warmongering of the current rulers.

The BNP was against the Iraq wars.

But of course, they are all promoting anti-migrant bigotry, even as the world stands on the brink of massive destruction!

Have protests, marches and activism resolved any problem to mankind ? Under a long established bourgeois democracy like the US, can a personal dictatorship be established ? Isn’t the US president similar to a Henry VIII based on its history and the creation of its constitution ? Did the so called revolutionary war liberate all the workers, or just the slaves owners from another slaves owners ?

Only taking class consciousness, abandoning nationalism, and unifying the working class, and with the desire to establish a post capitalist society, the problem of mankind will be resolved, otherwise, we will jump from one system of reform into another system of reforms. As Matt Culbert used to says: Any reform will create the conditions for the following crisis

The US supreme court has given complete authority to Donald Trump to do whatever he wants. You have to be a very ideological backward person in order to elect a reactionary and counter-revolutionary individual like Donald Tump

The US Supreme Court’s decision in Trump v. CASA marks a new milestone in the collapse of American democracy. In a 6-3 ruling issued Thursday, the far-right majority sided with the Trump administration and stripped federal courts of the power to issue universal injunctions—even in cases where government policies are clearly unconstitutional.

The immediate effect of the decision is to permit the government to prepare to implement Trump’s executive order targeting birthright citizenship—one of the most fundamental democratic principles in American law. This principle is enshrined in the Fourteenth Amendment, adopted in the aftermath of the Civil War to guarantee citizenship to all those born in the United States, regardless of race, ancestry or parentage.

But the implications of the ruling go far beyond this specific case. It guts the power of the judiciary to stop unconstitutional actions by the executive. It means that even when a federal court rules that a presidential order violates fundamental rights, the judge would have no power to prohibit the order from being enforced in the future.

The illegality of Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order, issued on his first day in office, is clear. As Justice Sonia Sotomayor noted in her dissent, the order “is patently unconstitutional.” She notes that by effectively abrogating birthright citizenship, the majority’s decision revives the Supreme Court’s notorious Dred Scott decision, which held that anyone of African ancestry could not be a citizen. After the Civil War, this ruling was overturned by the Fourteenth Amendment.
