Here is further demonstration that Israel is a sectarian state whose non-Jewish inhabitants are second-class citizens, even those who are happy to be Israeli citizens and serve in its army and diplomatic corps:

Jewish and Muslim religious leaders from some 15 countries will meet in the southern Italian city of Matera to take part in the Jewish European Islamic Summit. The leaders are laying the groundwork that will allow them to speak out together more strongly on the issues affecting them.

    Double standards and hypocrisy

    https://www.theguardian.com/news/2019/dec/17/islamophobia-a-bogus-label-jewish-chronicle-under-fire-over-story

Melanie Phillips claims that Islamophobia is a bogus term that provides cover for antisemites. Philips wrote in the newspaper that the entire concept of Islamophobia was “profoundly anti-Jew” and had been invented to mimic antisemitism, adding: “To equate it with the dehumanising, insane and essentially murderous outpourings of Jew-hatred is obscene.”
She said “the taunt of Islamophobia is used to silence any criticism of the Islamic world, including Islamic extremism” and “facilitates” antisemitism.

The Jewish Chronicle’s editor, Stephen Pollard, did not express regret for publishing the piece.

He said the article “reflects an argument about the origins and utility of the notion of Islamophobia, as opposed to anti-Muslim bigotry”

The Board of Deputies of British Jews said the publication of this piece was an error: “Anti-Muslim prejudice is very real and it is on the rise. Our community must stand as allies to all facing racism.”

An “error” is very much an understatement but the sentiment is to be applauded.

I think you will also find it extremely difficult to find coverage of the press regulator insisting that the newspaper issues a correction after it could not substantiate claims made in an article about alleged bullying of Jewish MP Louise Ellman, then with Labour, in Liverpool by a party activist.

Another example of hypocrisy. Tories appoint Muslim critic and Hindu nationalist who accuses Kashmiri Muslims of ethnic cleansing to chair their Islamophobia investigation

    https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/tory-islamophobia-boris-johnson-sayeeda-warsi-conservative-party-sawran-singh-a9250841.html

“Since India is supposedly in the grip of Hindu nationalists, any suffering Hindu group can be ignored, akin to the idea that Jews can only be oppressors because of the plight of Palestinians. The victimhood of Palestinians automatically places Jews in the oppressor box.”

Lord Eric Pickles, Special Envoy for Post-Holocaust Issues and a former Conservative MP:

“BDS is an organisation devoted to boycotting and removing investment from Israel, one of our key allies. We’re going to ensure that public sector, places like councils and health authorities, can’t work against Israel, can’t prejudice Israel. BDS is just a thin disguise for anti-Semitism and we as Conservatives should always tackle racial discrimination. BDS is one of the worst, wink wink, nudge nudge, piece of racialism that we know.”

Hilary Aked, whose PhD thesis investigated opposition to BDS, told Al Jazeera: “Labelling the Palestinian-led BDS movement ‘anti-Semitic’ is deeply damaging to the cause of anti-racism, both in terms of fighting genuine anti-Semitism and opposing the apartheid system Israel imposes on Palestinians.

The British did this a long time ago and also included the Sikh religion so that it those two religions could be included in anti-racism legislation.

    Who are we

Or the Glasgow anarchistic-gay group, Irn-Ju, trying to protect a local synagogue from private re-development.

    No, i didn’t think so.

Only one voice is allowed within British Jewry – the one the media permits

    It was to be expected

Netanyahu accused the International Criminal Court of anti-Semitism over its  plan to pursue a war crimes probe in the Palestinian Territories.

“New edicts are being cast against the Jewish people – anti-Semitic edicts by the International Criminal Court telling us that we, the Jews standing here next to this wall…in this city, in this country, have no right to live here and that by doing so, we are committing a war crime,” he said. “Pure anti-Semitism,” Netanyahu said, raising an argument likely to strike a chord with many Israelis who believe that criticism, especially in Europe, of Israeli policies towards the Palestinians has its roots in anti-Jewish sentiment.

There are further ramifications of this

Under the American Service members’ Protection Act (ASPA) the US president can use “all means necessary and appropriate to bring about the release of any US or allied personnel being detained or imprisoned by, on behalf of, or at the request of the International Criminal Court” (ICC). [my emphahsis]

Any Israeli who could be deemed a US ally and who  might happen to be apprehended and placed on trial would permit the USA to launch a military attack on the Netherlands.

The ICC is effectively toothless except in the case of trying Africans and the reason why many African nations have distanced themselves from it

This is not the world that wanted to leave to my children and my grandchildren. This is going backward to the age of the caveman, and the dark ages, and millions of peoples are supporting many of these measures, it looks like the fights of many activists have been in vain and peoples have forgotten, some peoples in the world are suffering from historical amnesia. The professors in Israel and others countries  who  are denying the existence of the exodus are also in troubles and might be incarcerated, and many forums and internet websites might be closed which means that they are going to force us to keep my mouth shut, like during the times of Feudalism when nobody was allowed to raise any critics against the Catholic Church and the Vatican

In the interview Giuliani bristled at the idea that the idea that he was invoking a well-worn anti-semitic trope by casting Soros as some sort of puppet-master.

“Don’t tell me I’m anti-Semitic if I oppose him, Soros is hardly a Jew. I’m more of a Jew than Soros is,” said Mr Giuliani, who was raised Roman Catholic and attended Catholic schools in his youth. “I probably know more about — he doesn’t go to church, he doesn’t go to religion — synagogue. He doesn’t belong to a synagogue, he doesn’t support Israel, he’s an enemy of Israel. He’s elected eight anarchist DA’s in the United States. He’s a horrible human being,”  Giuliani continued.
