The Respect Party after local elections, took control of Newham Council, because of its anti Iraq stance. A statement issued by Respect nationally, supporting Gay Rights, saw Respect Party Newham Council members who held a meeting, which took the decision to resign from Respect, en masse, over its support for Gay Rights.
The Respect Party was effectively killed off.Anila Baig in the Daily Mirror also slates George Galloway. “Voters saw off divisive George”. Going back to when he won Bethnal Green and Bow and his R.E.S.P.E.C.T Party which attracted the Muslim vote because of its anti Iraqi war, position.
Baig: “where he also swept to victory – and then swept out again like rubbish”*.
*Those who voted RESPECT, largely Bethnal Green and Bow constituents who are Muslims, and the Muslims majority elected on the Council, didn’t “respect” George Galloway party’s position on support for Gay Rights.

Yet, medics stated the deceased had taser hooks imbedded in his clothes.Ronald Greene can be heard pleading for his life, and that he couldn’t breathe. Officer is heard saying: “You shouldn’t be breathing.”

Ajj, as you say, the debate on my travels is about who IDF kills? It’s “ok,” if it’s a “military” target, military personnel…..but not “ok” if it’s innocent men, women and children. YFSThis is a particularly disturbing development.
