ParticipantThere seems to be a major division in ideology. correct me if I'm wrong. One side believes that truth(or science) is entirely objective and the other side believes that it is entirely subjective?

ParticipantI guess it was a stupid question to ask in the first place. I just wanted to know what the spgb thought about Marxism and its relation to grass roots Communist theory.

ParticipantJust for me to learn some more from you guys, are there any more major differences between Democratic Communists and Marxists or is the regulation of science the main dividing factor? For some reason I think there are some more differences between these ideologies
Thanks

Participantwow thanks for the comments! I did not expect so many people to respond so thanks alot!. It is still very complicated though looking at the varied and somewhat off topic responses. What I got from all of your comments is that Marxism is just the perception of what people thought Marx meant by 'this' or 'that' and 'Communist Theory' Is something more ideologically solid. Correct me if I misunderstood and by all means keep at it!

Participantgeez where do you find these articles? do you write them yourself? Thanks for sharing this with me i've never heard of progressive or alternative education before.

ParticipantInteresting article, it shows how wary we should be of the information and the ideologies brought forth to us by the capitalist class though the media

ParticipantI read the first issue that criticized the spgb for its hostility toward other parties which have the same goal and aim. Why does the spgb prevent you from associating with other parties and why is the spgb so hostile toward them? If we were to unite with like minded parties we could make a bigger difference and socialist ideas would spread faster.
