Tell the EC specifically what you have in mind. I know I've asked this before but we've been snowed under recently with having to deal with more pressing and mundane matters. Yesterday's meeting being a case in point.

As the EC pointed out in September, It is not within the remit of the Audio Visual Committee: It would come under remit of the Internet Committee. Once again shooting itself in the foot IMHO. So there is little point in me asking the EC about IC business. Digital communications reach more workers- a lot more – than other methods of communication and I have not been reticent on this matter: It's not my fault no one listens. Oh forgot to mention: I suggested the @officialSPGB Twitter account be 'promoted' which will require a grant to those running the account

That ruling related to the uploading of material to various sites. Anyone is free to come forward with constructive recommendations relating to the promotion of that material and any other content.

The management, yes, but the EC will sympathetically consider any concrete suggestions made which will promote our presence on social media sites and elsewhere.

Hello all!January 1st seems like a good time to change the pinned tweet on the SPGB Twitter account to one which points out what socialism is, and asks people to ‘like’ the tweet if it is something they would prefer to have. It is hoped that, over time, a sizeable number of likes will be achieved, which can then result in some media interest, one way or another.This graphic will be accompanied by the following three tweets:We want to know how many people aware of our account, or who chance upon it, would like genuine socialism (see graphic for explanation).
