My first language is not English. I agree with you. What I meant is that, as you know as a Marxist, there are only human beings divided into two classes…the working class and the capitalists and the Ukrainians and the Russians are part of of the working class fighting each other when they should both be fighting to abolish capitalism which is the cause of all our ills.
What I meant to say is that if Putin is convicted or not, it should not be our concern since it is all legal games of all capitalists

The case of Taiwan is different. They are heavily armed, more disciplined army, it has a more stable ruling class and government and there are several Taiwanese corporations operating in china
As I remember the status quo regarding Taiwan, China remains content as long as the island is ruled by the Kuomintang, because then it remains Chinese, as part of the “mother country” although recalcitrant. What China does not want is the Taiwan independence party ousting the KMT and declaring sovereignty and sitting in the U.N.
