MI5/GSOC ALLEGATIONS WITHIN IPCC

The IPCC (Independent police complaints commission) based in London uk,by virtue alone of its own investigatory powers is often percieved under the British Government as an autonomous authority that without itself being "policed" would in certain instances conceivably present problems that circumstancially could directly effect matters of national security issues within the country itself.
Perceiving the IPCC in such a fashion provides MI5 an internal platform and manouverability within the IPCC hidden Agendas that allows the British Government to continually review alleged security risks where neccessary and applicable.
It is therefore impossible to claim in these circumstances that the IPCC involvement with UK security company Verrimus in 2013 would be unknown to MI5 itself and that any components of exsisiting security contracts within the IPCC remits wouldnt be known to The British government in advance of any conracted work.
Verrimus Security later on 2013 provided Counter Espionage services within Irish Government Agencys named as GSOC (Garda Siochana Ombudsman Commission).
