Debate between Hardy (SPGB) and Keith Joseph (Conservative)
Venue: Philippa Fawcett College, Streatham, London
The audio source for Part Two is of poor quality overall. Although the sound quality of the main speakers’ contributions is ok, the questions from the audience vary considerably. The worst parts of these have been deleted and replaced by two seconds of silence.
Note –
Before the debate started, Keith Joseph read out a press statement from ‘the floor’ in which he made reference to Tony Benn, and ‘bailing out lame ducks’ in industry. Hardy refers to this statement in his opening contribution.
