Students in Puerto Rico launched mass protests this week against the governor’s attempt to slash some $166 million from the University of Puerto Rico’s budget. That’s about one-fifth of the funding for the island’s main public university system.

College students and their supporters flooded the streets in the capitol of San Juan on Wednesday, where they were met by a police presence that ,"plid":"http://www.elnuevodia.com/noticias/seguridad/nota/policiaevaluaravideosdeencontronazosenmanifestacionestudiantil-2047288/","lnid":"included a SWAT team"}}” href=”http://www.elnuevodia.com/noticias/seguridad/nota/policiaevaluaravideosdeencontronazosenmanifestacionestudiantil-2047288/” style=”box-sizing: inherit; color: rgb(46, 112, 97);”>included a SWAT team. A video posted to Facebook by one of the activists appeared to show a police officer striking a protester with a baton.

That is an old event. The new events have been published at the WSM forum. There was a new protest that was not published by the USA media which took place during the visit of the new Emperor of the USA known as Donald Trump when he visited for 3 hours the island of Puerto Rico ( or Borinken which is the real name given by the Tainos  ) The scenes showing Donald Trump  throwing paper towel was a staged event,  and most of the peoples in that event belong to the upper class. The peoples from the bottom would have thrown them back to him, or probably, or they would have responded throwing rocks, or bullets, most political in the Caribbean when they go to a poor neigborhood they must carry a bunch of bodyguard and policemen, due to the fact that workers do not worship the politiicians like in the USA. The Mayor of San Juan said that it was only a Public Relation meeting, and he did not visit the places where peoples have been really affected by the Hurricanes, especially the poor neighbourhoods, when peoples are dying, and suffering from hunger Whatever the news media  are informing to the zombies is a total lie including the report given by the US puppet known as the Governor of Puerto Rico, the death toll is over 300 peoples ( they are reporting 36 ) and most of them have died due to lack of medical attention, medications, oxygen,  and lack of foods and many peoples have buried their won dead because they do not have money to pay for a funeral, or they were/are without telephones, and without roads,   and many funeral homes have reported that they have received many bodies. the morgue can not received any more body The debts that Puerto Rico owes is a shark loan ( like the one given by the Sicilian  Mafia in Brooklyn and Chicago ) and it is illegal, they are held by 52 creditors, and the interest is about 300 times above the principal amount owed, just.a loan of 3.4 billion now is worth around 34 billion, and the USA government is only giving snacks to the peoples, what they are doing is militarizing the whole Caribbean http://www.claridadpuertorico.com/content.html?news=AC577A2FC9BFA51F142E52BE9992D16D. This is the only newspaper which is writing about the reality, all the rest is a load of crap to cover up the government of Puerto Rico and the USA, The Ministers of others countries from the Caribbean islands are making a much better job than the press and the president of the US. Puerto Rico is an island that has been impoverished by the thieves of capitalism. Most of the hurricanes in Puerto Rico have been baptized by the Catholic church giving them names of saints, and they  have destroyed many infraestructure  the islands, they were sent by god,  it does show that religion is one of the biggest protectors of the capitalist ruling elite, they live on the sweat of the poors and then they go against the poor. They have churches in every corners to pollute the minds of the peoples  The Panama Papers showed that there was a fiscal paradise for the rich in Panama, it is late news,  before that,  Puerto Rico was the favourite one who permitted to a bunch of US legalized thieves known as  capitalists, bankers, politicians,  and manufacturers to invest without paying taxes for several decades, and when their contract of robbery was over, they packed and left toward China and Vietnam left millions of peoples without employment,  and forced them to migrate toward the USA. Pretty soon, there would be more Puerto Ricans in the USA than in the island. All that took place along with the local capitalists More than 99% of the peoples from the US do not know the real history of Puerto Rico, and their opinions are totally wrong,  they did not even know that the Puerto Ricans are citizens of the US, , the presidents of the USA did not know that the Virgin Island is a territory of the US and that he is the presidents of those islands, even that they did not elect him, like in the case of the Puerto Ricans, they can not vote to elect the president of the USA, but thery are under the obligation to fight defrending the imperialist interests of the US ruling class, and they have the right to use the territory as a millitary base with atomic bomb which place the peoples in great danger, and the territory was used as a catapult to invade others countries in Latin America. In the 21st century there are too many adult  peoples reading comics books
