Someone on the party Twitter account posted: people in Venezuela are eating their pets". I've only seen one story where a homeless, hungry woman, ate a dog. It could be that the person was mentally ill? There are now food banks for pets in the UK. People are having to choose between feeding themselves or feeding their pets?
