We are not above taking lessons from others.
I thought this short election video by Canadian M-L party was actually quite effective for its limited production budget.
With the software available at HO, i am sure we could do a similar project. Get some stirring appropriate off-copyright music, add a series of relevant to socialism photos and intersperse with some explanatory text.
