Message# 1426 should have been posted under this account as moderator2. Apologies. I won't bother deleting the post and reposting under the appropriate account, i hope this message is suffice an explanationAlso forum users should note warnings are issued after consultation and agreement reached among the three moderators. It is pretty much irrelevant which of the moderators actually posts the warning as it is a collective decision to issue a warning and any subsequent ones.

Take the issue up with the Spintcom moderator. This Forum's and Spintcom/Spopen's moderation functions are separate.

I am aure that as a new mod you were furnished with the IC dosiier on Cde vin  maratty, If not then I apologise, but it seem very likely that there is a 'file' on me. My first question would have been 'Why have you complied and kept this on a forum member? I would respectfully request that the new mods simply review my last suspension and make a judgement as to the severity of my behavoiur on that ocaassion and make their own judgements as to whether or not it requires contrition and severe punishment.

If such a file exists, i am not privy to its contents, If such a dossier exists, i would not have used it to determine my decision. My view was reached from being an active and frequent participant in the forum ever since its onset, with the added advantage of experience from previously being a moderator on Spintcom and Spopen at a particularly rancorous time.We did not return to any specific incidents or look at any particular past suspensions. But sought to conduct the review of the indefinite ban imposed upon Cde.Vin that he is currently under, a review we carried out at his request.   I am perfectly able to come to my own conclusions about the situation, although it helped immensely to have two fellow moderators to share opinions and exchange proposals with. Rather than some sort of sinister Star Chamber it was a fairly successful exercise in collaboration, if a distasteful one. No comrade takes satisfaction in restricting a member's means to express his thoughts and feelings.

Discussion is ongoing and decision will be given presently, as i have said.I will be influenced by the arguments of  my co-moderators as much as they will be influenced by mine in our consultations. We have adjourned for the night (although it is morning where i am.)

    15. Queries or appeals relating to particular moderation decisions should be sent directly to the moderators by private message. Do not post such messages to the forum. You must continue to abide by the moderators’ decisions pending the outcome of your appeal.Mod2- When in doubt about the interpretation or application of the rules, moderators consult with other moderators. That is the position at the moment. We are presently discussing events that had taken place prior to the appointment of two of the moderators.  I will also remind the forum of our other rule 6. Do not make repeated postings of the same or similar messages to the same thread….Mod2- You have waited this long and since you have now asked a direct question of us, you will get an answer…in due course.
