Unless you're talking about 'Socialist Party of Canada' (est. 1904) vs 'The Socialist Party of Canada' (est. 1931) I think you're thinking of WSPUS.

The phrase 'world socialist movement' is used without reference to us I suppose and possibly this could be more prevalent in languages other than English.

IS Cliffites (the Socialist Workers Party) and Alliance for Workers Liberty have said to me the SPGB is 'sectarian' and 'abstract propagandist and removed from the class struggle'.
