 APOLOGIES:                       M Gribble.

 PREVIOUS MINUTES/ERRORS & OMISSIONS:                     

                 Previous minutes read.  C Matene moved the minutes be accepted, 2^nd T Lovatt, previous minutes accepted.

 DISCUSSION ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES:

 WSPNZ website – password needed (misplaced) and a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) in order to log on and change the website.

 CORRESPONDENCE:       

                 Socialist Party of Canada – Newsletter for May received via email.

                 M Grayson moved the correspondence be accepted, 2^nd C Matene, all in favour, correspondence accepted.

 LITERATURE SECRETARY’S REPORT:

 Two lots of journals to be posted to T Lovatt and the Auckland subscribers.  There were no journals for April, missing Malaysian flight 370 possibly the reason for NZ postal service not forwarding the mail.  Socialist Standards for May arrived in a plastic bubble envelope.

 TREASURER’S REPORT: 

                 Postponed until next month.

 GENERAL BUSINESS:

 1.            Val Lovatt has been a devoted member of the World Socialist Party (New Zealand) and will be greatly missed by all members of the WSPNZ.  A formal announcement will be made for Val as she was a long time supporter of the WSPNZ and Socialism.
