PREVIOUS MINUTES/ERRORS & OMISSIONS:                     

 

                Minutes read.  V Lovatt moved the previous minutes be accepted, C Matene 2^nd.

 

DISCUSSION ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES:

 

1.            Delete and replace current WSPNZ website with new website.  Get login details and password to make the changes.

 

CORRESPONDENCE:       

 

1.            Socialist Party of Canada – Newsletter for March 2013 received via email.

2.            Zen Buddhists – Info pack received in the Post Office Box.

 

                M Gribble moved the correspondence be accepted, C Matene 2^nd.

 

LITERATURE SECRETARY’S REPORT:

 

                Postpone until next month.

 

TREASURER’S REPORT: 

 

                Treasurer’s report read.  M Gribble moved the treasurer’s report be accepted, C Matene 2^nd.

 

GENERAL BUSINESS:

 

1.            Rick Barber contacted WSPNZ mobile phone.  He is keen to have a chat with any Party members living in the Wellington area.  Rick was given M Grayson’s telephone number to contact.

2.            Discussion on how society has evolved.  To improve public awareness and relations, WSPNZ could provide media release statements along with other political parties to show how change is happening, locally and globally.

3.            Discussion on ownership and welfare.

4.            Thank you to C Matene for setting up the new website and loading the playlist for the radio station.

5.            Need to update info on Wikipedia.  Need to register online.

6.            Thank you to C Malins for fixing the fence and gate at HQ.

Anyone know if this new website is at a different address from the old one? Couldn't notice any difference when I just looked..
