PREVIOUS MINUTES/ERRORS & OMISSIONS:                     

 

1.            Previous minutes read.  Omission – V Lovat has passed away.  A formal announcement to be sent to The Socialist Party.  C Matene moved the previous minutes be accepted after omission corrected, 2^nd M Grayson, previous minutes accepted.

 

DISCUSSION ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES:

 

1.            Send a formal announcement to The Socialist Party about V Lovatt passing away.

 

CORRESPONDENCE:       

 

1.            None.

 

LITERATURE SECRETARY’S REPORT:

 

1.            Socialist Standards for this month have not arrived yet, waiting for the next batch of journals.  

 

TREASURER’S REPORT: 

 

1.            M Grayson read out the treasurer’s report received via email.  M Grayson moved the treasurer’s report be accepted, 2^nd T Lovatt, all in favour, treasurer’s report for June accepted.

 

GENERAL BUSINESS:

 

1.            None.
