This is a forum that was initiated by Matt when he was the moderator of the SPGB and the WSM. This format is much better than Facebook, twitter, chat and WordPress, it is similar to the old Yahoo groups, and the software engineer was the designer of Yahoo groups. It is easier to follow a thread using this type of platform.

Again, you are giving opinions without knowing anything. This forum belongs to the SPGB and it was initiated by Matt and then it was continued by Alan, and members of the SPGB did not know that it existed. Nobody is putting a pistol on your head to join this forum, to join it is voluntarily like in any forum, in any way, you do not make any contributions to this forum. Whatever name is used is not you fucking problem
It’s my understanding that we stopped using the WSM forum a while back. Which would explain why it has only 10 members left and only 4 messages posted in all of this year (all of which seem to have recently been posted by Almamater under another name). There is absolutely no point in posting on the WSM forum. It’s obsolete. We use this forum now. And Almamater – please don’t swear at Lizzie, it will only cause completely unnecessary discord.
The old WSM was created for all the Companion parties of the WSM ( including the SPGB ) and for non members and when Yahoo groups was discontinued all forum were eliminated, and it was a much better platform than this one, and we had hundred of members. Matt created a new one using Groups IO, and since he died it was never used again, and Alan continued using it, but it was not propagated. This forum was created for the Socialist Party of Great Britain, and this forum was created when the old software was hacked by hackers. If this forum is for all members of the WSM the name must be changed
There is one solution to this problem with Lizzie, she does not have to get involved in the personal problems of the members of this forum, and I do not take shit from anybody. I pay for my own fiber optic internet and for my own private email accounts and I can have mor than 30 emails if I want, and I pay for my own RedHat server, and that is my problem, and the money come from my pocket. Nobody else pay my bills
I participate in this forum constantly and this party and the companion parties have their own members and only a few members participate in this forum most of them participate in Facebook, twitter, or someplace else, we do not have any outsider, we are debating among each others, and we are not reaching anybody else, we are doing a much better job in other forums
If there is going to be any problems, I leave and I continue with my forums, my blogs, Facebook, twitter and left-wingers forums, chats where nobody can give me orders, I am independent, I participate in the internal forum of some left communists groups without any problems, and forum in South America where I propagate the socialist case, and I have asked them to participate in this forum and they do not want to become a member
The only person that can give me orders died 50 years ago, and that was my father, then I do not take order or nonsense from nobody else
We are not in contact with the real world, there is a wide world out there, and peoples are looking for variations of topics, peoples have different questions and they are looking for answers, I have seen Leninists questioning Leninism, one of our articles of Marx versus Lenin fell in the hands of one leftist group and they were discussing it, and they are Leninists, we mist open the doors and windows of our minds, we can not stay in this little corner fighting like a boxer
In the forums in South America and the Caribbeans organizations like to publish their own news and ideas, and they have Podcasts, and they read their articles and they are recorded in a Podcast, but they prefer groups with international names, it was the same problem with the WSPUS, they did not want to join a group located in the USA or Canada
There is one Trotsky newspapers which started with a few writers and they have expanded themselves to more than 15 countries, the ICC was originated in France and now they have branches in more than 20 countries, and they publish their literatures in more than 15 languages and there are always in contact with their members in different countries, and they travel to other countries to create new branches.
The IMHO are giving conferences and lectures in different places and they are attracting many young peoples. If we stick ourselves under a national name we are not going to progress, we must become an international organization otherwise we are going to die, like the SLP, even more, we should change the name of our journals and publish articles covering the reality of other countries and the struggles of workers in other countries.

Several days ago I spoke with Adam Buick about this forum, and he told me that he did not know about it and he was going to join the forum and he was going to speak with the Socialist Party, and due that situation I sent invitations to my contacts but now we have a different feedback. Like the old saying says: Too many chiefs and no Indians

I am interested to know what groups these are. (Anglophone or otherwise.) I only know that the ICC used to have an online forum but then got rid of it.
(But you say *internal* forums … I’m not quite sure what that means. It sounds like something limited to participation by members of that organisation, closed to outsiders. But if you are a participant, obviously that can’t be so.)
The ICC known as CCI in Spain had one which I was invited by someone that I know. In the the Dominican Republic a friend invited me to participate in one of them, and that friend of mine has a chat. In Latin America the left communists are disseminated in small groups or individuals and they have their own WhatsApp chat thru peoples that they know. The MH which are not left communists they have open discussion and I receive invitation and I attend their meeting. In Puerto Rico there are leftist groups that have discussion and I attend to their meeting too when I have the opportunity. Groups in Latin America operate different to the groups in Europe, we are not ready to understand the mentalities of the peoples from other regions. They do not have chat like we have in this forum, they like to publish articles from their own organizations, or to publish their own newspapers
