Almost 2,000 children have been separated from their parents or legal guardians at the US-Mexico border since a highly criticised "zero tolerance" immigration policy came into place, according to US officials.
A Department of Homeland Security spokesman told reporters on Friday that 1,995 minors were separated from 1,940 adults who crossed the US border without documents between April 19 and May 31.
It is not a new event. The USA did the same thing with the African slaves and the Natives

I think there are more than 10,000 children. Many peoples poisoned with nationalism do not know the difference that exists between a human being and an animal and these children are being treated like animals. I think the real amount of children held as prisoners is around 12,000. Those private jails are making huge profits. It looks like the so-called pro-life lost their tongues
There are now cases of forced adoptions of children that have been separated.
