Reading ‘Truthout’ today I found this article/interview by/with Henry Giroux:

This is in the context of after the Penn State Uni sex scandal revelations and whilst not the socialist viewpoint Giroux makes an excellent case for removing all money from sport (in educational establishments in particular). With the upcoming (already started?) fiasco of the Olympic games there are some very relevant points contained here.
