Rules 13 and 14

Not sure about rule 13.  But I have used Rule 14. once or twice in the past, and just recently.

You have used this rule on a number of occasions against me and suspended me. others do without any problem. I have many many such contadictions. Why are you only applying the rules to me? eg

Vin, you will also have noticed that i had to eat humble pie and apologised for my mistaken interpretation in a later message and that i recanted and did engage directly with the original poster. The moderator did not follow my advice (and proved to be right) and if i recall i did not repeat my call, therefore i do not consider i deserved any punishment from the moderator, although i was  again rightly chastised by another contributor,  SP. Oranges and Apples …

 Alan, I have nothing against what you do, I just don't wish to be punished for doing the same. My point is I am warned for things other members do daily. It is not a matter of opinion, the evidence is there.  May be past grudges, I don't know but I would like to just get on with it without being harrassed. I am really not the one making a fuss here, I wish we could just move on and treat me as a normal member of the party. Mod resoponse to me is 'for fuck sake I am busy, leave me alone'. Not very comradely.  This should be in the light and not behind closed doors.
