Maintenance

I am about to do an upgrade.

This will result in the website being in ‘maintenance mode’.

Apologies for any inconvenience while this is taking place, but it is overdue.

I noticed Forum members had not posted for some hours and when I went to put something up myself, that the editing was not properly enabled to function.

A consequence of the recent upgrade I think, apologies for any inconvenience, but we are dependent upon users alerting us to any user hiccups like these.

Either use the link in the ‘Forum’ drop down links,’Contact Forum admin‘ or by email to the department spgb.internet(at)worldsocialism.org

Yeah, I was unable to post for a while but thought it was down to me! 🙂 I’ll now know what to do if there’s a next time.

I had the same problem so I tried on different browsers and devices, none of them worked, but my iphone instructed me to change the password as it said the site had been compromised?

Thanks for the feedback. The site hadn’t been compromised but there have been recent attempts to flood it with spam from PCs which have been compromised unknown probably to their owners.
Remain vigilant everyone and update anti-virus and anti-trojan software regularly.
