    Thank you for that link.  Alb.   I can see I have an ally in comrade Coleman.As I have said elsewhere. For the party to ignore the revolution in communications that is taking place would be 'an act of monumental stupidity'Are decisions taken at physical meetings representative? How can they take into consideration the opinions  of members online?19th century  communications tend to centralise decision making.
