How often do i find "wage or salary" used in our articles.
It seems to be a case of "automatic writing" to add "or salary"
If we aren't to appear parroting phrases – i think the "or salary" is superfluous and unnecessary. There may be a vague distinction but i think every reader understands the context when we talk about wages that it includes all the forms of payment of wages are delivered.
