Mine too. And I know they are all killers, Putin too. I just see the killing being made to continue every day by this shilly-shallying of the American govt. and the deliberate sabotaging of deals by the EU/UK mob. Their “be prepared to lose your children” advice inflicted on us shows their utter contempt and indifference for the proletariat, whose lives they callously destroy across the world every day.

Protests in France, but never any in the UK.

There is no anti-war movement, and there are not any anti wars protests; there are only a bunch of nationalists carrying flags and supporting their own rulers and exploiters

The USA Congress and all its warmongers and hawks have approved a budget of more than 900 billion dollars, and nationalist workers and patriots are approving it too.

In the meantime, they can not even buy toilet paper, and the capitalist class have eliminated all their state benefits; more guns, less bread and butter, they are just a bunch of masochists.

The whole world is in chaos, and capitalism is opening confrontations all over the world, including a possible war in Latin America, which might become another Vietnam. When are workers going to wake up?

    Citizen of the world,
I agree with you: most workers accept things as if they cannot be changed and that’s just the way they are, period. And if you talk to them about what is happening, they see you like Christians who preach the end of the world.
Propaganda and entertainment, nationalism, etc., are too overwhelming…
Is it the workers’ fault, or the system’s fault?

” Is it the workers’ fault, or the system’s fault?”

Neither. It just is. If something does persuade them, that will then be how it is too.

I disagree about the French protests. The Frexit party, or whatever it’s called, is riding the wave, not being blindly followed. The anti-war wave in France is genuine working class feeling, just unaware of capitalism being the cause of war.

Today a coworker told me that he heard Donald Trump speaking, saying that everything is fine. He told me that it’s not true, that everything is more expensive and that unemployment is rising, and that it’s all a lie.

I told him that politicians don’t control the economy, that it’s capitalism, and that it doesn’t matter who is in power—left-wing or right-wing politicians just pass the hot potato around. He listened to me, but he no longer has any hope, and when I talked to him about socialism, for him that has already failed.

This struggle—to raise the consciousness of the working class—is millennia old.

The Bolshevik Revolution and the Cuban Revolution—that is, the so-called socialist revolutions—did more harm to the possibility of a socialist world.

The tragedy is, that once Europe’s governments attack Russia and Russia responds and soldiers and civilians are killed, those anti-war energies will be converted into mass hatred of Russians – which is what the governments are counting on. Pacifism and whatever awareness there is will, as always, be trampled in the rush to enlist. Only this time, before anyone shoulders a gun, we’ll all be ashes.

An American wit said that people care more for their cars than for their children. If someone damages their car they are furious. But if their children are sent to war and killed, not only are they not furious with the government that sent them to war, they become even more militaristic and patriotic.

According to polls up to today, the majority of surveys in the United States are against a war with Venezuela.
Here, as you know, the Democratic Party is a sham opposition, and the left is almost nonexistent.
I can’t imagine another prolonged war, and people are talking more and more about the high cost of everything.

It was the same case before the war with Japan, and when Pearl Harbour was attacked, they were making lines to join the armed forces.

The democratic leaders approved a one trillions dollars war budget.

American workers worship military heroes; Ike was a criminal, and he became president.

Adlai Stevenson II was against military confrontation with the soviet union, and he lost the nomination, and a warmonger was elected.

In Dresden, the Allies killed more human beings than the two bombs that were dropped in Japan, and many workers celebrated that massacre.

All the so-called anti-war movements are nationalist movements supporting one side of the conflict

Border incident. Is it a planned false flag? Three Russian soldiers cross into Estonia.

Trump Declares Europe ‘Public Enemy Number One’

Trump declares Europe public enemy number one.

Nothing new before WW2 2 England and Canada were declared enemies of the USA, and they had plans to attack both countries, and Germany was considered friend number one. At the U S Postal Offices, they had pictures of Roosevelt and Stalin, considered as friends number one
