For some reason, I missed Paddy´s excellent little piece and have only just come across it now.
I know the Party has not produced any pamphlets just lately which is a highly regrettable state of affairs in my opinion. But here we have something that is already written and could serve as a short pamphlet. All that would be required is a short introduction and a snappy title perhaps
I wonder if the EC might want to consider this suggestion at its next meeting?

I thought Paddy did a good job and came across well. Most of the comments under the video say the same too.
The term left wing became popular due to this pamphlet written by Lenin,( cited below ) which is a book that most Leninists have not read, and most of those right wingers have not read it either, they just repeat the term like parrots. The term does not apply to the Socialist Party.
The ICC who is a Leninist organization also use the term leftwing of capital,( which is wrong too ) and some ignorants politicians which are only reading comics books call left wing to some right wing organizations because they do not have a clue of what the term means in our time. Leftwing means reformism, and if they want to know the real meaning they should read Rosa Luxembourg on Reform and Revolution. Social democrats reforms is not socialism/communism

Simple accounting and financial/banking knowledge and rules prove that those journalists are totally wrong using the same basic capitalist business rules. The Treauser of the SPGB explained it very well
In other to understand this movement certain basic knowledge is needed and it take time to learn, it does not come thru Osmosis

I do not think so, and it was not the purpose of the message either, the term came from the Jacobin and it was applicable to their position on the French congress, but Lenin use it during his polemic with the left communists, and after that most Leninist party around the world started to use it . The term has received many application during different time
