ParticipantThere is an interesting article I came across on Marx and the AI bubble that seems to be…er…bubbling up
My first thought was that it was about Marx’s premonitions about AI, but it’s not really about that. However, the following article, titled “Did Karl Marx Predict Artificial Intelligence 170 Years Ago?”, does indeed says something about that….

ParticipantYes, this is the essence of Marx’s scientific critique of capitalism:
Capital itself is the moving contradiction, [in] that it presses to reduce labour time to a minimum, while it posits labour time, on the other side, as the sole measure and source of wealth.
Leftist agitation can’t resolve the contradiction. The inexorable working out of capital can transcend it.
Marx is saying that capital compels its puppets, the capital-accumulating class, to progressively devalue (in capitalist economic terms) the social means of production.
Capital is inexorably ushering in the demise of its own mode of production — its own possibility of existence. That is Marxian materialist dialectics!
Despite of, and in the teeth of, the liberal ‘philosophical’ doubters and academic ‘politico-economic’ deniers, Marx is here saying nothing more than the implications of his general scientific materialism and of his specific labour-time theory of capitalist value.
To comprehend why Marx can say this is a sure-fire way of comprehending the necessity and inevitability of socialism.

ParticipantAccording to some economics statistic, AI has produced the laying off of thousands of workers, but they do not want to admit that the capitalist system is in a cyclical crisis and stagnation. In November 1.1 millions lost their jobs, but the USA government is still holding back the official economic statistic, it does show that a president can not control the market system, they can make all kind of promises but they can not alter the economic base of the class society. it is the same case of the leftist governments. They can deport millions of workers and the root of the problem will continue existing

ParticipantA clear indication that the Legal system was created to defend the interest of the capitalist class, most lawyers and law students do not know that, they have a romantic view about the so called peoples law.
The promise was to low unemployment and to produce more jobs, and more than 77 million workers believe it, but the trend is the opposite. Capitalists only create job when they can produce profits, they have more class consciousness than the whole working class
PS: We have to publish leftwings publications because the Socialist Party does not publish news every day as they do
