I don’t understand how any court can rule that an entirely legal and legtimate view point can be described officially as ‘repugnant’, particularly when courts and judges are also bound by equality laws. Would they descirbe Muslims as repugnant? Or Jews? Perhaps there will be a further case bought against the judge who is and of himself acting in a discriminatory fashion….
