In Turkey, Tunceli province is the most known socialist city, at Ovacik town of Tunceli (or Dersim in their local language) the major of the town is from Communist Party of Turkey. That city is known with its "Alevi" population. There is on east of Turkey.
Hopa (next to Georgia, with its Laz, Hamshin and Turkish population) and Samandağ (next to Syria, near Mediterinian Sea, with its Arabic population) are other famous socilaist towns of Turkey.
