Blair on ‘following Thatcher’s legacy’

I've been trying to pin down Blair (or was it Campbell's?) comment in the 1990s on the lines that 'New Labour' were going to be following Thatcher's legacy, but Googling doesn't throw it up.
Can anyone point to the quote, and source? (I know that if you want to see his monument, look around you, but it would be handy to have it from the horse's mouth, too).

Thanks Young Master Smeet. Going to that book on Amazon, you can 'Look Inside' which is a handy tool, as you can put in search strings like 'thatcher's legacy' or whatever.
