    Does Chomsky really think we'll have to pay for drinks in socialism. I've a horrible feeling that he might.

    I’m not sure either. I’ve just read the introductory article by him to a reprint of Pannekoek’s “Workers Councils” and I still don’t know either way…Here’s the other half of the comic including the punch line…
