Hermann Lueer. So that means GIC and its labour-vouchers again. Here he replies to the autonomist group Angry Workers of the World:

Notes on Angry Workers’ debate contribution:

    Included is this paragraph:

‘For the GIC, the question of an immediate transition to ‘needs-based’ consumption is not a question of ‘ripe’ or ‘not ripe’. They reject an immediate transition not because they distrust the solidarity of the working class, but because they recognise that individuals cannot make rational decisions without knowledge of the relationship between work input and output. Without a transparent, objective method of distribution, arbitrary rationing or hidden wage systems will reappear, both of which lead to inequality and separation between producers and their products. By contrast, labour-time accounting makes the relationship between individual work and consumption explicit, visible and adjustable through collective decision-making.’
