More children than before lived in families reliant on food banks, and were in food-insecure families.<\/p>\n<p>The Domestic Poverty Lead at Oxfam said, \u2018We live in the sixth-richest country in the world where billionaires alone saw their wealth soar by \u00a311bn last year.
