Be <strong>Kind\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The official <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dayofhappiness.net\/#:~:text=March%2020th%20is%20the%20UN,by%20adopting%20simple%2C%20daily%20practices.\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">website <\/a>helpfully tells us &#8216;There are lots of big and worrying issues in our world right now&#8217;. It goes on: &#8216;We can\u2019t always change what is happening, but we can choose how we respond.&#8217; <\/p>\n<p>You are advised to &#8216;create a happier and kinder world together [\u2026] By tuning in to your feelings, looking for what\u2019s good and sharing kindness you can nurture yourself and help make things better day by day.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>What a load of pious crap.<\/p>\n<p>The real cause of the &#8216;big and worrying issues&#8217; is the casino economics of capitalism.
