I think the minutes of the previous meeting are OK and I would like to move we adopt them. Eileen agrees and seconds this.

Hi all, I have been reminded that the first order of business should have been, Members present and apologies for absence, although I don't think this is relevant to an Online meeting, as members cannot know who is present, unless they announce themselves and to present apologies for absence, one would have to be "Online", however;Present yesterday were S.Colborn, S Davison, E Colborn, T Kilgallon.Apologies for absence were V Maratty. He says he is unable to attend, as the Internet Committee have prevented this. (As Chair, I must point out that, at present, Vin is suspended from the Forum).Moreover, Vin has asked that I inform the Branch of his resignation, as Branch Secretary. I would like to express my thanks to Vin, for his work for the Branch.One final thing. As Branch Organiser, I must state that we need to bring out a set of Standing Orders for our online meetings. Normal, face to face meeting Standing Orders are not really applicable. Steve colborn. NERB Organiser.
Can I suggest, as Item 2.Amendment/adoption of previous minutes has been moved and seconded by SC/EC and agreed by SD, we move on until such time as we have quorate vote;Therefore, Item 3.Matters arising from previous minutes
I have a matter to discuss but as it directly corresponds to an Issue in the April EC minutes, vis a vis the issue of the AV committee, I wish to hang fire until then.
I am present at the meeting, Eileen Colborn. I have nothing to discuss in the February Branch minutes.
I have an issue I would like to bring up with the branch. It involves accusations made against me by one or perhaps two other branch members.
Not in relation to Feb, branch minutes, Steve.It's an issue I think better to discuss later when there will hopefully be a few more members in attendance.
