    GSOC AND FURTHER GOVERNMENT SECRECY

On Sunday 6/7/20014 Sunday times published an article by Conor Brady a former GSOC Commisioner,a very powerfull and informative piece of journalism, outlining what the new Garda Siochana (amendment) act 2014 will bring into power for the "New GSOC".

Unfortunately however when certain Breaches in security itself have been identified and require legal solutions hypothetical anaylsis and parameters surrounding evidence itself become meaningless, once a state of security becomes obtainable.Infact the Irish Independent announced on the front cover of its newspaper on June 12th this year "HUNT FOR MOLE WHO BREACHED SECURITY AT GARDA WATCHDOG" make no hesitation GSOC called in the lawyers with a view to a kill.

Whilst certain members of "think tanks" have designs and ideas that are catapulting forward at incomprehensible speeds regarding GSOC new look and future. This articlele intends to freeze the big picture and put into context what security means within real issues.

In policing and CIA work security breaches allow emmediate sequestration  regardless of court proceedings.Simon o Brien chairman of GSOC has been exposed by wiki forces as a former British Police Officer, arguable all the ingriedents for further speculation infact many here in Ireland are calling for his resignation and for many obvious reasons.

Final point here when security breaches are legally established in Banks ,Government buildings, then the Security Industry always presumes assumption that if its happened already then its happened before.Gsoc and the Irish Government are of no consequence within the papameters of GSOCs breaches within security issues itself, because  without arrest or convictions over alleged GSOC Breaches within law itself  in our domain we now have the affirmative right to determine that other formats of data and intelligence have been removed without the publics knowledge or consent breaching human rights.Force majeure.
