Mr Hitler suffered acutely from meteorism, which is uncontrolled farting. Although, if you think about it, he did not suffer so acutely as those around him.I would hazard the opinion that this made him a bad person.

There is nothing funny about meteorism. I was prompted to approach a support group. It was hopeless. The atmosphere in the room would have knocked a police horse bandy, and you couldn't hear a word that was said.
