LONDON CLAPHAM - The Fall of Tsarism Sunday, 19th March 2017 - 3:00pm. A hundred years ago this month the Tsarist regime in Russia collapsed. A talk by Adam Buick.

WAKEFIELD - British Socialism and WW1 Saturday, 1st April 2017 - 1:00pm. A speaker from the Socialist Party (Paul Bennett) will be among those taking part in this forum, alongside Dr Martin Crick who has written a history of the SDF. Event organised by the Wakefield Socialist History Group.

DURHAM debate - 'This House Believes That Capitalism Has Failed' Friday, 20th January 2017 - 8:30pm at Durham Union Society. Debate featuring the SPGB's Clifford Slapper and another motion proposer from Momentum/Labour Party. Opposing the motion will be Dr Madsen Pirie, (President of the Adam Smith Institute), and Rory Broomfield, (Director of the Freedom Association and the Better Off Out campaign).
