Inward:
– Adam Buick: email correspondence concerning the proposed pamphlet THE HISTORY OF UNIVERSAL SUFFRAGE to be published by the WSP (I). Comrade Adam Buick has sent back all Chapters after editing. Now we have to look for the cost of printing 1000 copies of over 100 page brochure. Our Companion Parties should come up with help.

– Academia.edu: We have received 14 emails during 3/9/2017 to 1/10/2017.

Matters Arising: The EC notes with concern that Tabrez Julaha Ajlaf is going on campaigning for his reformist parallel organization defying our repeated caution that our members are not allowed to run any parallel political organization “as an infringement of the Principles and Rules or detrimental to the interest of the Party”.
MSC: That we once again ask him to dissolve his parallel union “Unemployeds, Youths and Workers Cooperative” immediately. – Agreed.

They are now displaying some 63 papers and 12 drafts 15 books (actually 15 chapters of a book) and 3 teaching documents uploaded by BS.
Over 55 million academics have signed up to Academia.edu, adding 19 million papers. Academia.edu attracts over 36 million unique visitors a month. We see this fast growing global association very useful for uploading and propagating world socialist ideas which are being viewed by many. So our comrades should make use of this scope.
The World Socialist Party (India)_Discussion Forum and the website: http://www.worldsocialistpartyindia.org are attracting new contacts although one dropping this time.
Facebook: Discussion Forum membership stands at 1,915
Sunday Discussion: Every Sunday in the evening we meet to read and discuss Socialism, Marxism, Leninism, Capitalism, Political Economy, Economics and other selected subjects.
Literature: Party literature distribution is going on

MSC: That we once again ask him to dissolve his parallel union “Unemployeds, Youths and Workers Cooperative” immediately. – Agreed.I don't know if other comrades have noticed but every month these Minutes contain a criticism of this comrade. I don't know what his organisation is — it could just be what used to be called a "claimants union" in Britain (in which case it wouldn't be "refirmist") — but his contributions to our facebook page are good.
