I don't know why you're using the print version above – complete with A4 cropping marks!? Use the online version I sent you.

Use the online version I sent you.I used what I was sent as always and whereas the cropping marks were not visible on the pdf file, on the front cover, upon conversion to a png format necessary for the image to be uploaded here and elsewhere, they were. Weird, but by converting the entire pdf file to a png one the cropping marks disappeared as mysteriously as they appeared… No doubt you will provide a logical explanation, Andrew.
