Is this concerning us that we may need to update our Privacy Policy and our Terms of use and Special Conditions of use to comply with the new regulations on personal data protection (GDPR).

However, it will affect a 'Buddy system' at a very low level in regards to consent of preferences and profiling and their use between Buddies. This can be mitigated by only exchanging names and email addresses between Buddies.
