Thanks for the reply. May I ask if you have your 'admin' hat on? Are you telling me the 'correct' way and that I may use no other method?

Deal me out of "trying" to discuss with the IC, the way we are supposedly allowed, as a Branch, to discuss issues that have already been ruled, "out of order", in a NERB thread, on this site!!!

As for the Form A for HW, deal me out once again, I will have no part of any of it.

Can the Branch Secretary confirm, or deny, that the Branch meeting will take place on the NERB site, or this doppellganger?

Our next meeting should be held at the Yahoo site as we have not as a branch decided to move here yet.

Just a reminder that we need to audit the branch's Form C at this meeting for the EC as per Rule 9.

I would like to discuss the Internet Committee's Decision at the next branch meeting:

Comrade,

As has been explained before, copying a whole article from the Socialist Standard and pasting it into the forum is not in line with the rules or is an appropriate use of the facility. This is the final word from the committee on this issue, may we take this opportunity to advise you that if you wish to proceed with this complaint further you take it up with your Branch or alternatively you lodge an appeal with the EC.

Internet Department.

I am disappointed that my efforts to publicise the party continue to be frustrated in this way as  I can see no reason for it. I have replied ::

Comrades

Thanks for the reply. The article was Clifford's letter to Russel Brand which I tweeted to 5 million people and asked that other forum members did the same. It was a propaganda technique I was trying to develope and obviously I am not pleased that you continue to frustrate my efforts

Now that the internet committe has made it clear that this method of propaganda will not be allowed, and this is your final word on the matter, I will of course abide by the rules until and/or if they are changed.

Everyone is encouraged to share Standard articles via twitter and social media platforms, and you don't need to paste into the forum to do this. You can do so by either using the "ShareThis" button at the bottom of every page (we should be able to access stats relating to the effectiveness of shares sent this way) or by directly copying and pasting the URL of the website page you wish to share into twitter or whatever platform you are using.

FWIW it's worth you also have 56 followers on twitter not 5 million....

Very comradely! Where is the account with 56 followers and if size matters you are in the wrong party smiley

You can send a tweet to Russel Brand, he has 5m followers

EDIT Was the IC not aware of this avenue?
