Government left HUMILIATED after High Court rules it UNLAWFULLY detained vulnerable TORTURE victims, in breach of domestic and international law
I don't think the goverment is going to contest the ruling and they should not do so. There are people needing a safe place and humane counselling to enable them to get some psychological adjustment if possible. Abysmal behaviour by the state and its agencies.
