Open discussion facilitated by Bill Martin

"This guided discussion will explore the significance of the Russian revolution of 1917 in 2017, looking to assess how it is seen now, compare it with current events and the contexts of our own lives, and asking whether 1917 is only relevant to Bolshevik re-enactment societies.  Participants will be invited to discuss their perceptions of the historical events in Russia, and how they have filtered down into present day society."
